Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes - we deliver nationwide across the UK using DPD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12pm (Mon–Fri) are delivered on the next available delivery day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed Thursday after 12pm up until Friday 12pm are delivered on Saturday (premium)
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No- we do not deliver on Sundays. However, our seafood can be delivered on Saturday and safely stored in your refrigerator until you’re ready to cook, as long as it is kept at a safe temperature of 0-4°C.
Is the seafood fresh?
Yes — our seafood is high-quality and responsibly sourced. Certain items such as snow crab, Lobster tails, green-lipped mussels, and other specialty seafood are typically frozen at sea immediately after being caught. This method is widely regarded as the optimum way to preserve freshness, texture, and flavour.
Will the seafood arrive frozen?
All seafood is shipped frozen and packed in a temperature-controlled insulated box. Each order is protected with ice packs and thermal wrapping to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit. Your seafood will arrive at below 5°C. Depending on transit time and external conditions, it may arrive fully frozen or slightly thawed. This is normal and safe, as the product has remained within the required chilled temperature range. If the seafood is slightly thawed but still cold to the touch, it is safe to refrigerate and use within the recommended timeframe, or refreeze immediately if needed.
Do I need lots of cooking experience to make this?
Not at all. Our seafood boil kits are designed to be easy and beginner friendly. We include simple, step-by-step instructions with every order.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are simple and flexible. When you subscribe, you can save up to 20% compared to one-off orders.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not offer refunds/returns once an order has been dispatched/delivered.
