The Boil Club®
1. Delivery Partner
All orders are delivered via DPD.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or weather conditions.
2. Standard Delivery Schedule

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 9am
→ Delivered the next day -
Orders placed after 9am (Monday–Friday)
→ Delivered on the next available delivery day -
Orders placed Saturday or Sunday
→ Delivered on Tuesday
🚫 No Sunday deliveries are available.
3. Premium Saturday Delivery
We offer Premium Saturday Delivery for late-week orders:

Orders placed Thursday after 9am up to Friday 9am
→ Delivered on Saturday
This service must be selected at checkout.
4. Delivery Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery details

Ensuring someone is available to receive the order
The Boil Club® is not responsible for:

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details

Delays caused by the customer not being available to accept delivery
5. Courier Delays
If a delivery is delayed by the courier:

We will assist with raising an investigation where appropriate

Refunds are not automatically issued unless the product arrives unusable and evidence is provided
6. Risk Transfer
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
