Due to the perishable nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Perishable Goods
All seafood boil kits sold by The Boil Club® contain uncooked, perishable food items.
For this reason:

We do not accept returns or exchanges

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
This is in line with UK consumer law regarding perishable food items.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if there is a fault with the shipment caused by us, including:

Incorrect items supplied

Missing items

Products arriving damaged or spoiled
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be considered, you must:

Ensure the product has not been prepared or consumed
Requests made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
4. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Taste preferences or dissatisfaction with flavour

Customer error in storage, handling, or cooking

Courier delays where the package arrives intact and usable

Missed deliveries due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Refrigerating products immediately upon delivery

Following the cooking guide provided

Ensuring proper food hygiene and safe cooking practices
The Boil Club® is not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect preparation or storage.
6. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are limited to the value of the affected items only
