Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes - we deliver nationwide across the UK using DPD.
What days can I place my order?
You can place your orders 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday)
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm
→ Delivered the next day - Orders placed after 12pm (Mon–Fri)
→ Delivered on the next available delivery day - Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday
→ Delivered on Tuesday
Premium Saturday Delivery
We offer Premium Saturday Delivery for late-week orders.
- Orders placed Thursday after 12pm up until Friday 12pm
→ Delivered on Saturday
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No- we do not deliver on Sundays.
However, our seafood can be delivered on Saturday and safely stored in your refrigerator until you’re ready to cook, as long as it is kept at a safe temperature of 0-4°C.
Will my seafood come frozen?
Some seafood items may arrive frozen or partially frozen. This is intentional and ensures maximum freshness and quality.
Is the seafood fresh?
Yes — our seafood is high-quality and responsibly sourced.
Certain items such as snow crab, green-lipped mussels, and other specialty seafood are typically frozen at sea immediately after being caught. This method is widely regarded as the optimum way to preserve freshness, texture, and flavour — often superior to seafood that has been “fresh” but sitting unfrozen for days.
We source based on quality, seasonality, and best practice, not shortcuts.
How do I defrost the seafood safely?
Defrosting is simple and safe:

Place the sealed seafood in the fridge and allow it to defrost overnight -
Quicker method:
Keep the seafood sealed and place the bag in cold water, changing the water occasionally until fully defrosted
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours.

Will my subscription arrive on the same day each time?
Yes. Your subscription will arrive on the same Friday or Saturday you selected at checkout, unless you change it.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
All orders are prepared and sourced specifically for each customer after purchase to ensure freshness and quality.
If there is an issue with your order on arrival (for example, damage during transit), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue promptly.
